Lucerne, Switzerland

Lucerne is one of Switzerland’s most picture-perfect cities, wrapped around a glittering lake and backed by snowcapped mountains. Its charming Old Town features frescoed buildings, boutique shops, and the iconic Chapel Bridge, while Lake Lucerne offers peaceful cruises and access to famed mountain excursions like Mt. Rigi and Mt. Pilatus. With its blend of lakeside tranquility, Swiss elegance, and postcard-worthy views at every turn, Lucerne is a highlight for travelers seeking culture, scenery, and effortless relaxation.

Davos, Switzerland

Davos is a high-altitude alpine retreat known for its crisp mountain air, world-class wellness culture, and dramatic landscapes. In summer, the valley transforms into a paradise for hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers, with more than 700 km of marked trails and panoramic lakeside paths. Visitors enjoy serene spa experiences, stylish mountain restaurants, and easy access to peaks via cable cars. It’s sophisticated yet laid-back — a destination where guests can balance adventure with deep relaxation.

Salzburg, Austria

Salzburg is a romantic, baroque jewel best known as Mozart’s birthplace and the backdrop for The Sound of Music. Its Old Town is filled with ornate churches, grand squares, and cobblestone lanes lined with cozy cafés and artisan shops. Visitors can explore the hilltop Hohensalzburg Fortress, stroll through Mirabell Gardens, or enjoy classical concerts in intimate venues. With its musical heritage, rich culture, and fairytale charm, Salzburg offers an enchanting blend of history and elegance.

Arrivals

Sunday, July 19th - First activity is a Welcome Dinner & Discussions at 6pm. 

Fly into Zurich - Zurich International Airport (ZRH) - about 1hour and 30 mins from the hotel in Lucerne 

Departures

Wednesday July 29th  - can depart anytime. 

Fly out of Salzburg - Salzburg International Airport (SZG) - about 45 mins from the hotel

Air Travel

Immediately after securing your retreat spot, you'll be connecting to our travel team to book flights. We highly recommend working with our travel team so we can monitor air travel, delays, early arrivals, etc however, it is not required.

Ground Transportation

Once on the ground in the host city - our team will handle ground transport to and from the airport. 

Arrivals

Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport by your driver who will transport you from the airport to the Hotel.

Hotel Check In

After a scenic journey to the hotel, you'll be welcomed by a member of the Fueled Events Team to help you check into the hotel.
